Rijvers Festival is an ambitious festival with a strong focus on youth and families. We carry that spirit through everything we do. We explicitly want to be more than just a festival tent. Performances take place on six stages — “STARS”, “BEATS”, “LOVE”, “MEET & GREET”, “LOEWE HUT” and “GO FOR LEASE DISCO” — within one festival village.
We’re only satisfied when our visitors leave with a true “holiday feeling” after a day or weekend with us. Artists, bands and performers are our “guests of honor”: they are central and crucial to the success of our festival. We have the utmost respect for your performance, workload and privacy, and we aim to support you with great care.

| Festival Site | The festival grounds are located in Rijvers (Lievegem), next to house number 99. |
| Directions | The easiest route is via the E40 towards Oostende, exit Nevele, then drive towards Lievegem. You’ll find signposts to Rijvers Festival. During the festival, several one-way streets are in effect — please follow the “artists” wayfinding signs. |

| Parking | A dedicated artists’ parking is available near the site. Please follow the “artists” signs on arrival or ask a parking steward. Place your unique parking voucher visibly behind the windscreen — without it, towing is possible. One parking spot per artist/band member/manager. Register your vehicle on the Rijvers Festival platform to receive your unique voucher. |
| Check-in | Please check in at the artists’ desk at the entrance of the artists’ parking. Our team will then guide you to the artist village. |
| Crew | Parking for crew is available near the backstages. Crew also checks in at the artists’ parking desk. A load-in/load-out zone is provided at the backstages. |

| Guests | We limit guests to a maximum of +1 per artist, band member or manager. Guest tickets will be ready at the visitors’ entrance at the “Guests” gate. Guests (unlike crew) do not have access to the artist village or backstage and have no parking at the artists’ parking. Please submit your guest names via the platform. Above the maximum, guests may be refused. |
